How long does it take to set up automated onboarding?

Initial setup takes 7 to 10 business days. On day one, we do the kickoff and requirement alignment. In the following days, we configure the integration with your HRIS (if applicable), define kits and approval rules, and perform tests. Dedicated support throughout the process ensures you're ready to use quickly.

Does it work with our HR system (HRIS)?

Yes! Glim natively integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Senior, and TOTVS. When a new employee is added to your HRIS with a start date, the system automatically sends the data to Glim and triggers the onboarding process. If you use another system, we offer integration via RESTful API or CSV spreadsheet import.

What if we don't have HRIS or prefer another method?

Completely flexible! You can use shareable links sent via email, voucher/coupon codes distributed manually, SSO access when the employee authenticates, or simply upload a CSV spreadsheet with new hires. Glim offers multiple trigger methods to adapt to your process.

What is the cost per onboarding kit?

Cost varies based on items selected in the kit. We work with a complete catalog of premium products (notebooks, tech accessories, personalized gifts) with no minimum order. The platform has a fixed monthly fee, and 100% of that value becomes store credit. Consult our plans for specific values for your company.

How do NF-e and fiscal compliance work?

Each delivered kit automatically comes with Electronic Invoice (NF-e) generated with appropriate CFOP for Brazilian fiscal compliance. Glim handles all necessary documentation, including delivery tracking and audit documentation. You receive all invoices in a centralized portal to facilitate accounting management.

What if we need to cancel or change an order?

Orders can be canceled or changed before production starts. Since we work with on-demand production (no pre-stock), we can cancel without additional costs if production hasn't started. After production has started, we evaluate case by case. Address changes can be made until shipping to transport.

Does it work for remote employees or in different states?

Yes! Glim has national coverage with multiple local suppliers in all Brazilian states. We work with a network of strategic partners to ensure fast deliveries (3-5 business days) regardless of location. Each employee receives automatic tracking notifications and you have complete visibility of all deliveries in the dashboard.

What happens if the kit doesn't arrive before the employee's first day?

Our SLA guarantees delivery in 3-5 business days, and we recommend configuring automatic triggers based on start dates with a safety margin. If something delays beyond expected, we take responsibility and work with immediate correction. In rare cases of delay, we offer express shipping at no additional cost to ensure the new employee's experience.

Do we need to maintain product inventory?

No! All items are produced on-demand when the order is generated. This means zero dead stock, zero waste, and zero worry about products expiring or becoming obsolete. We produce only what's needed when needed, ensuring each employee receives fresh and updated products.

How does budget control and approvals work?

You define budget limits by role, department, location, or individual employee. You can configure automatic approval rules for values below a limit or require manual approval for higher values. The system sends notifications to approvers when necessary and offers a complete dashboard with spending, delivery, and onboarding program ROI metrics.

Can we customize different kits by role or department?

Yes! You can create different kit templates: one for C-level executives, another for developers, another for sales team, etc. Each template can have specific items (for example, notebooks for tech, uniforms for operations, gifts for sales). The system automatically applies the correct template based on the employee's role in HRIS or the rule you define.

On-demand production scales automatically! There's no limit on kits per month - we can serve from 5 to 500+ new hires simultaneously.
