Yes, and we're transparent about it. On apparel and flexible items (t-shirts, backpacks, totes, caps), we apply on-demand digital screen printing (silkscreen) — colors, cuts, and gradients with high fidelity, quality close to premium brands. On hard items (metal bottles, headphones, metal mugs), we use only laser engraving (monochromatic) to ensure durability — color print on hard surfaces is prone to peeling and replacement issues. Highly elaborate products (notebooks with internal printed pages, multi-component complex kits) require pre-production — they don't run on-demand.

Test store live in 2 business days (no contract, no legal review). Official go-live in 7-10 business days: day 1 kickoff, days 2-5 catalog and integration setup, days 6-8 testing, days 9-10 training + launch. You track everything via dashboard from the start.

Voucher (available now): you generate credit codes and assign them to specific people; we only invoice when someone redeems. Customer pays only what's consumed. Wallet (in development, ~2 months): you pre-deposit a balance into your Glim account and assign values to employees via self-service dashboard — no need to open a ticket. Balance is cumulative (never expires). Ideal for recurring programs like birthdays, recognition, ongoing onboarding.

Yes. Our platform supports multi-country setup. For domestic shipments, production stays in Brazil (3-5 business days). For international shipments, we handle it according to scope, prioritizing local production and fulfillment in each region — cross-border shipping from Brazil is expensive and bureaucratic, so local delivery is usually more efficient. The test setup is 100% refundable as products: you deposit an amount that becomes a voucher you spend on products from your own test store. It's not a fee, it's credit: use it to set up an office showroom or send samples to your design team. No contract and no legal/LGPD clause at this stage. 30 to 60 days to test. If you don't like it, no penalty. If you do, it converts to your chosen plan.

Yes — we have monthly plans that vary by service level and flexibility: Starter (standard catalog, email/chat support), Pro (extended catalog with 8,000+ products, dedicated Customer Success manager, custom campaigns) and Enterprise Annual (zero monthly fee, cumulative balance, SSO via SAML/SCIM, custom contract and SLA). Pricing varies with customization, integrations and scope — talk to sales for a quote. Production costs (products + shipping) are always invoiced separately, per consumption.
