Corporate store for franchise networks (10, 30, or 200 stores)

Instead of each store ordering materials manually, Glim creates a store where each franchise unit accesses only what they can see, with a standardized catalog, usage rules, and single-level approval above a limit set by the network. Delivery metrics and deadlines visible on the dashboard.

Social proof

We run the store for a network of 700+ franchise units in every Brazilian state: the franchisor's official catalog, per-unit ordering and an NF-e per order.

Invoicing per unit

Each franchisee buys under its own CNPJ — and the invoice is issued in its name

In the network store, the franchisor publishes the official catalog and neither buys nor resells anything: each unit logs in with its own credentials, buys under its own company tax ID (CNPJ) and receives a Brazilian tax invoice (NF-e) for every order. The seller is Glim, the supplier contracted by the network.

An NF-e per unit, on every order

Each unit is registered with its legal name, CNPJ and address. Glim issues the NF-e to the unit's CNPJ and delivers there; the franchisor doesn't appear on the invoice.

The franchisor's official catalog

The franchisor approves uniforms, point-of-sale materials, gifts and opening kits, with the artwork it defines. Franchisees choose only from what was approved.

Rules per unit

Catalog per unit format, limits per item, opening kit and campaign windows — with single-level approval above a set limit, if the network wants it.

Institutional purchase vs unit purchase

Franchisor purchases (opening kit, campaign) are invoiced to its CNPJ as a single bulk order. Unit purchases are invoiced to the unit's CNPJ. Reports show the two separately.

Without the network store

  • The franchisor buys in bulk, holds inventory and resells to units — and becomes a reseller in its own right, with inventory, invoicing and tax obligations to manage.
  • Or each franchisee buys from a local supplier — and the brand looks different at every unit.
  • Orders by email, a pass-through spreadsheet, and nobody knows what each unit has already received.

With the network store on Glim

  • The franchisor only approves the catalog and the rules. It doesn't buy, doesn't hold inventory, doesn't invoice.
  • Each franchisee buys under its own CNPJ and receives an NF-e per order, paying directly in the store.
  • On-demand production in 2 to 7 business days and delivery in 3 to 15 business days, depending on location, to any unit in Brazil.

The whole network gets access to the same store within 7 to 10 business days of proposal acceptance, with a phased rollout if the franchisor prefers.

Corporate gifts, kits, and uniforms portal for franchises

The same store infrastructure can operate corporate gifts, onboarding kits, and uniforms for your franchise network. Each unit sees only what they can order, with cost centers, co-op, and reports by store, cluster, or brand.

FAQ

How does the franchise store integrate with our current ERP?

Glim's franchise store integrates with your ERP via API and webhooks: cost centers, units, orders and NF-e. Implementation is free of charge for operations from 100 onboardings a month; below that, scope and cadence are defined in the proposal.

Can each franchisee buy under its own CNPJ and get a separate invoice?

Yes. Each franchise unit is registered in the store with its legal name, CNPJ and delivery address, logs in with its own credentials and pays directly in the store. For every order, Glim issues the NF-e to that unit's CNPJ and delivers to its address. The franchisor doesn't buy, doesn't resell and doesn't appear on the invoice.

Does the franchisor need to become a reseller to run a uniform and official-materials store?

No. The seller is Glim, the supplier contracted by the network. The franchisor doesn't buy in bulk, doesn't resell to units and holds no central inventory: it defines the official catalog and the rules, and Glim produces on demand, issues the NF-e in the buyer's name and ships.

How do you separate what the franchisor pays from what each franchisee pays?

Two separate budgets that never mix. What the franchisor funds — opening kit, national campaign, convention gift — is an institutional purchase: a single bulk order, invoiced to its CNPJ. What a unit buys for itself is paid in the store and invoiced to the unit's CNPJ. The franchisor's reports show the two separately.

Does the store handle a network with dozens of different CNPJs?

Yes. The network has one catalog and one store, but every CNPJ — headquarters, franchisees and company-owned units — is registered separately, with its own delivery address and rules. The NF-e for each order goes to the CNPJ that bought, and the franchisor's reports can be viewed per unit or for the whole network.

Vocês suportam múltiplas bandeiras/formatos no mesmo ambiente?

Sim. Clusters por bandeira/região/m²/GM% com regras herdáveis, catálogo e políticas próprios.

Qual o investimento médio por unidade franqueada?

On request, with no setup fee. The network plan is sized by volume and scope (number of units, catalog, integrations), and the monthly fee converts into credit for the franchisor's institutional purchases. Each unit pays for its own purchases in the store.

Sim.

How does a franchisor standardize brand materials and official products for franchisees through a centralized online store?

With the network store operated by Glim. The franchisor approves the official catalog, such as uniforms, point-of-sale materials, gifts and opening kits, with the artwork it defines; each unit logs into the store and buys only what is approved, under its own CNPJ, with Glim's invoice issued to the unit and delivery to its address. The franchisor does not buy batches, hold inventory or resell; what it pays for itself, such as an opening kit or a campaign, is invoiced to its own CNPJ.
