Frequently asked questions from large enterprises

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated per order, based on volume, weight and destination, from São Paulo. Since production is on-demand and each order ships to the recipient, there is no fixed price: options and the exact amount appear at checkout. Production is billed per consumption, and shipping goes on the product invoice (not billed separately).

How does Glim’s markup work?

A transparent markup on catalog items, with no hidden fees. Third-party items Glim does not produce and stores may carry a storage fee. Values depend on volume and scope and are provided in the proposal (on request).

Can I see an example store?

The Stone store is an example of the Enterprise plan. For you, we run a sales-guided demo and set up your own Test Store, live in ~2 business days with your brand and a curated catalog, restricted to whoever you choose.

What if a product arrives defective?

Items with manufacturing defects or transit damage are replaced by Glim at no cost, with reverse logistics included. The recipient contacts support through the store, Glim validates and triggers the replacement, which follows a new order’s cycle. Size exchange is available within policy, and refund or credit depending on the case.

Can I cap quantity per product and per user?

Yes. You control access and spend per user, department, cost center and period, with budgets and quotas — plus quantity limits per product (SKU), per person and per period.

What integrations and SSO are supported?

Native SSO via SAML/SCIM with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace. ERP, HRIS and CRM (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, Workday, BambooHR, Salesforce, HubSpot and others) integrate via RESTful API and webhooks, configured per project. A documented REST API is available for automations.

What are the support and incident SLAs?

Dedicated support with response times by severity: Critical in 4h, High in 8h and Medium in 24h. Delivery in 3-15 business days (depending on location) with over 95% on-time and 99.9% uptime. Enterprise clients get a custom contractual SLA.
